What to include
Support is fastest when the recording state is concrete.
- Device and iOSModel, iOS version, selected resolution, frame rate, file format, and stabilization.
- Recording contextApproximate take length, thermal state, storage state, and whether Safe Stop appeared.
- Result stateWhether 16:9 and 9:16 reached Photos, recovery inbox, or a local fallback path.
During recording
Watch the live risk state, elapsed time, and output writing status. If risk rises, stop safely before iOS forces an interruption.
After recording
Check the result screen for both landscape and portrait save status. Open Recovery if a save retry is needed.
Contact
For launch support, include your device model, iOS version, selected format, approximate take length, and whether both outputs reached Photos.
